Well, folks, can you believe it? We made it to the Christmas season! Christmas 2020 is upon us, and judging by the early emergence of Christmas decorations all around, we all need it!

For the next few weeks, I will be sharing a video entry/teaching.  For the last several years, Kings Church has celebrated Christmas by holding large gatherings at our locations in Saint John (Imperial Theatre) and Halifax. Unlike our standard services, these have not been broadcast for an online crowd to experience. Our Christmas services have been, to date, a "you had to be there" affair.

Since it's the Christmas season, and since this year is different, to say the least, I thought I would share my 10 min (give or take) video teachings we have produced for our Christmas services over the past few years. I pray that these will be an encouragement to you and that these little messages will help frame Christmas in new and powerful ways.

The title of this week's message is "The Long Walk, The Most Precious Gift."

It's the long walk that makes a gift precious.

Enjoy the teaching, and know how greatly you are loved by God!

Sincerely,

Brent

"Though he was God, he did not think of equality with God as something to cling to. Instead, he gave up his divine privileges; he took the humble position of a slave and was born as a human being. When he appeared in human form, he humbled himself in obedience to God and died a criminal's death on a cross. Therefore, God elevated him to the place of highest honour and gave him the name above all other names, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue declare that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father." ‭‭Philippians‬ ‭2:6-11‬ ‭NLT‬
