This week, I have one of my heroes on the podcast. Larry Osborne is one of the lead pastors of North Coast Church in San Diego, California. He is truly a leader and innovator when it comes to leadership as he was one of the first adopters of the multisite model, and continues to mentor and train growing leaders in the church. North Coast Church is considered one of the most influential churches in America. He has seen the church grow from 100 to over 13,000 people on a weekend.
